These Official Rules govern your participation in the Forward Future High-Taste AI Bundle Giveaway (“Giveaway”).By entering, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Rules.
The Giveaway is sponsored by Forward Future, Inc.4607 Lakeview Canyon Rd #515, Westlake Village, CA 91361 (“Sponsor”).This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, YouTube, Instagram, X/Twitter, Threads, Meta, Google, OpenAI, or any other platform used to promote or administer the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is open to individuals who:
Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction)
Reside in a jurisdiction where giveaways are legally permitted
Have a valid email address and internet access
Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.
The Giveaway begins at 12:01 AM PT on December 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on December 26, 2025 (“Entry Period”).Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and are not redeemable for cash.
Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Redemption may require the winner to create an account with Partner services.
Winners are responsible for complying with Partner terms, eligibility rules, and usage restrictions.
Sponsor is not responsible for Partner redemption issues, limitations, or platform changes.
Partner Prize Disclaimer: Partner-provided prizes are fulfilled directly by the Partner and are provided “as is” with no warranties of any kind. Sponsor is not responsible for Partner availability, redemption issues, eligibility restrictions, technical problems, or discontinuation of Partner services.
Prize Substitution: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable, including due to changes to Partner terms, pricing, or platform availability.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Entry Period ends.Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.Winner notifications will be sent via the email address provided during entry.If a winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor may require winners to:

Confirm email ownership
Sign and return an eligibility affidavit and liability release, if requested
Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your first name, last initial, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
All personal information collected is handled according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.Winner information may be shared with Partners solely for prize fulfillment.Sponsor does not sell entrant data and does not share information outside what is necessary for fulfillment.
Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen events compromise its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for:
Technical problems or outages
Lost, late, or misdirected entries
Partner redemption failures or platform issues
Inaccurate Partner terms or promotional content
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with entry processes or violates these rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Sponsor and its affiliates are not liable for:
Personal injury or property loss
Data loss
Financial loss
Inability to redeem or use Partner-provided prizes
Partner platform decisions, outages, or changes
By participating, you waive any claims arising from Giveaway participation or prize use.
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes and reporting obligations associated with prize receipt and use.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Participation in the Giveaway indicates full agreement to these Official Rules.
